Circuit City to Close Remaining 567 Stores

Circuit City announced on January 16 that it will close its remaining 567 stores. They will begin liquidation Saturday and run through March 31, 2009. The article states that the company website and call center will close as of 1/18.

If you have gift cards for Circuit City, you can redeem them throughout the liquidation but once the stores close, the cards will have no value. Be sure to use up any gift cards you may have so you don't lose them.
