PacMan Birthday Cake Made by Kitty
Yes! I can cook (or bake I really should say). Although I can cook, I bake much better and I love to share my goodies with friends and family. My son turned 14 yesterday and he somehow came across a PacMan birthday cake on the Internet and thought it was cool. I have been getting off easy with the Costco chocolate cake, but the challenge was "Wow, this cake is cool, I wonder if you could make this??".

So here it is - 1 PacMan Cake complete with the little ghosts and power things (I have no idea what anything is called). Anyways, it is just an 8-9 inch round cake pan with a triangle cut out - simple enough frost it yellow and give PacMan an eye!

The cupcakes are the power dots and the ghosts, well, they are my favorite! That was the challenge - these are cupcakes (NOTE: take the papers off the cupcakes! LOL) The icing for the ghost is called Fondant, just do a Google search and you will find easy uncooked methods to make this happen. I molded it by hand since I don't have all the fancy tools. I think I did a pretty good job considering I have never used it before!!

So there you have it, the kids were impressed, my husband was impressed, heck, I was impressed!! Ok, enough bragging for one day. This is a cake anyone could make though so if you need any help just let me know!

Fabulous! Love this Kitty. Very creative! I’ll show my boys later today – they’ll get a kick out of this – my 12 year old is going to say – “Ummm…… can you do something like this with legos mom?”
