Macaroni Grill Dinner Kits Review and Giveaway
I love getting food to review because I LOVE to cook (and eat!). My Blog Spark sent me a sample of the new line of dinner kits inspired by the chefs at Romano's Macaroni Grill. If you love Macaroni Grill, guess what? Now you can now easily make four classic Italian meals at home. They have simple ingredients (most of which are included in the boxes) and can be prepared in about 20 minutes.
All you have to do is add one pound of your favorite proteins such as chicken, shrimp or Italian sausage. Varieties of Romano's Macaroni Grill Restaurant Favorites dinner kits include Garlic & Herb Chicken Penne, Creamy Basil Parmesan Chicken & Pasta, Chicken Alfredo with Linguine and Chicken Marsala with Linguine. I received the Creamy Basil Parmesan Chicken and Pasta and you can watch me making it here in this video. We had a lot of fun and I am happy to report that there were NO leftovers - my family loved it.
You can get more information about Romano's Macaroni Grill products AND get a $1 off Printable Coupon by visiting: www.restaurantfavoritesathome.com.

My biggest struggle is being creative and coming up with something new – other than the same few things I cook week in and week out. Watching Food Network sometimes inspires me and I think these Macaroni Grill sets would be great! I’m sure my family would enjoy the change from mom’s old cooking.

Our biggest struggle is getting the kids to learn/understand that most foods are okay and actually beneficial to them. For example, recently at dinner I prepared a steamed vegetable medley which included broccoli; however, my daughter would have nothing of it. When I asked her why she didn’t care for any ‘veggies’ she replied “I was told that e-coli isn’t good for you!”
Note: Pasta is a family favorite AND a good place to hide nutrional extras.
