Minute Rice Celebrates 60 Years – Giveaway!
I can remember the red box on the counter as a child. Minute Rice was the ONLY brand my mom ever bought and it never changed; she liked it and the way it cooked, she would tell me. When I grew up, and started doing my own shopping, naturally I would reach for Minute Rice as well. My favorite dishes, with rice being a key ingredient, are stuffed peppers and stuffed cabbages. You need the rice to be perfect in these dishes and I can always count on Minute Rice.

Minute Rice is celebrating its 60th Anniversary this month, and is reaching out to consumers asking them to share favorite Minute Rice recipes that they enjoyed as kids. You can visit their site and submit your favorite Minute Rice recipe and be entered to win 1 of 20 Minute Rice Prize Packs, which includes a $100 gift card (Entries submitted by October 31, 2009).
