If you haven't been to Target, get there quick because the Christmas and holiday clearance is 75% Off!! I was surprised at how much they had left. I didn't get up there until early afternoon and they had piles of Christmas trees and 5 aisles of clearance merchandise!
I was so excited to find the Snowman Countdown to Christmas yard display that I had my eye on. There was no way I was going to pay $99.99, but $24.99 and now you're talking about a number I would pay. I also got the Polar Bear laying on its back with the ball originally $89.99 - My Price: $19.99!!! I am so excited for next year's decorating.
I also take this time to stock up on items that can be used throughout the year like wrapping paper, tissue and gift bags. They had wrapping paper that could certainly be used for bday parties for only $.74, gift bags that were solid colors were only like $.25 and tissue to go in them was also around $.25.
Another item I was surprised to find on clearance was Scotch tape. I got single packs for $.49 and 2-pks. for $.99.
Starbucks Gingerbread Truffles were my Achilles’ heel purchase of the day. I bought 5, yes 5 of these at a cost of $.99 per pack. Not a bad deal and I am sure I can eat them ALL.
There were tons of other holiday decorations, I bought some stuff and decided to wait an see if it goes to 90% (possibly New Year's Day??). Anyways, it's worth checking out if you haven't been Target.
