Grocery Haul: 43 Items and Save $72 With Coupon Matchups

We talked about how to use coupon matchups last week: What is a coupon matchup? Where do the coupons come from? What do all the coupon abbreviations mean? Now that we know that, let’s put our coupon match up to the test and see how we do! We are going to the grocery store to see how much we can get and how much we save!

Here’s what I got at Publix using the coupon match up:

  • (2) Jars of Bertollis Marinara Sauce
  • (3) Cans Progresso Black Beans

Used: 22 Coupons
Spent: $37.77
Saved: $72.39
Total Amount of Items w/o coupons (all my fruits and veggies):

I spend $37.77, but I also bought $23.98 worth of fresh fruits and veges that had no coupons. I actually only spent $13.79 on 31 items that I HAD coupons – that’s pretty good!!
