I used to always hit the Dillard’s clearance sales when my sister worked there (remember Kimmy??)!! LOL – Anyways, this is a great time to hit Dillard’s because starting today, February 23, Dillard’s Cardholder’s can get an extra 40% off all permanently reduced items, in-store and online!
