Another veteran and myself went to the Apple Bee’s, in Zion Illinois. The staff was very friendly and was offering many extra’s.There only requist was ,longest there was only 2 of us would we mind if another vet was able to be seated with us.This was with in NO WAY any problem!!!! Seeing it don’t matter how long it has been.Sence we were in the service.Meeting a fellow member of our Armed Services was our time to spend with a fellow service man.Thank you for this great experince, and i Know when my wife returns home.We shall be visiting them again.

My boyfriend and I went to Applebees on Veterans Day at 2 pm. He is a retired vet and we both had a very nice meal. The place was crowded. The staff was very friendly. I think it is awesome that Applebees did this for the vets!!! There should be more places like this that appreciate what the veterans and servicemen to for all of us.

On Veterans Day, I took my son and husband to Applebee’s for dinner. We got there around 5:45 PM went inside to register was given a pager and told it would be about 40 minutes. The pager went off, we went inside and they said we were not on the list, they gave my husband another pager and told they would have a table ready shortly, but then he was asked to put his name in again. At this point we had already been there an hour, with four children who were hungary, I gave them back their pager and went to Friendly’s instead, where it cost me over a hundred dollars. Needless to say we were very disappointed in Applebee’s and their non caring attitute.
